Diagnostic procedure
The log contains a block preview and two successful training runs. The IBM flow shows 9 of 9 cells; IBM responses were supplied by a test simulator.
- Save the run ID, block name, error code and time.
- Identify the stage: reading, transformation, preparation, writing or waiting for the user.
- Check the last correct table and the first incorrect result.
- For an external service, test the connection and check the required object.
- Repeat validation after correcting the issue. Reconcile completed actions before retrying a write.

| CAM_SESSION_UNATTENDED | A personal session is being used for an automated run. | Choose a connection that works without a user. |
| MERGE_SEVERAL_ACTIVE | Several active branches reached the merge. | Refine the routes or use Union. |
| RANGE_LIMIT | The data volume is too large. | Narrow the range, fields or selection. |
| RESULT_STORAGE_LIMIT | The result-storage budget was exceeded. | Reduce the volume and contact the administrator. |

When the problem is in the data
Start with a few rows that reproduce the error. For numbers, check separators, spaces and text characters; for keys, type and uniqueness; for dates, format; for a cube, canonical elements, hierarchies and cell permissions.
What to give the administrator
The flow name, run ID, block, error code, expected result and a safe training row. Do not include a password, token or complete file containing confidential data.
