What the form collects
Your name, company or practice, email, selected role, enquiry topic, message, consent, reference and submission time. Do not include passwords, tokens or confidential production data.
Why the data is needed
To respond to your UBC Data Bridge enquiry and prepare a relevant proposal. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and email forwarding
The enquiry is stored in the site database and forwarded through FormSubmit to [email protected]. FormSubmit receives the contact details, message, reference and time. Its documentation states that submissions are retained for 30 days. If automatic forwarding fails, you can open a prepared message in your email application and send it yourself.
Retention and deletion
Site database enquiries have a 90-day retention period. Cleanup runs when the enquiry service next processes a request. To correct or delete an enquiry earlier, email [email protected] and include its reference or your email address. Email correspondence is handled separately from the site database.
Technical data and language choice
A temporary network-address hash changes daily and limits repeated submissions. Your explicit language choice is stored in this browser. We do not install advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts are served by this site.
