Put Excel and Google Sheets to work
Connect the sheets your team already uses. Read and write selected cells, combine ranges from different sheets and use Excel’s saved range names to follow changes in the workbook.

Any sheet and any number of configured cell ranges
Reading and writing in the same workflow
Named Excel ranges stay linked to their saved definitions
Choose the parts of a workbook that matter
One connection can hold any number of configured ranges across the workbook’s sheets. Give each selection a clear name and reuse it in different workflow blocks. Keep sales, budgets and reference data separate without creating a copy of the file for each task.
- Select a sheet and cell coordinates such as A1:D20
- Save multiple selections with clear names
- Choose the required selection in each workflow block

Follow the workbook as its ranges change
Use an existing Excel range name instead of hard-coding cell addresses. After its definition changes and the workbook is saved, the next read resolves the new boundaries. A name covering entire columns can also include newly filled rows. A fixed A1:D20 selection keeps its fixed boundaries.
- Reuse workbook-level or sheet-level Excel names
- Read updated boundaries from the current saved file
- Use supported rectangular areas, whole rows or columns

Read the source. Write back the result.
Bring selected Excel or Google Sheets data into a workflow, check and transform it, then write the result to the configured destination. Refresh reports, load budgets or return calculated figures to a working sheet. A saved file connection also keeps the result available to the next process.
- Excel files and native Google Sheets
- Separate source and destination selections
- Update the intended area while preserving data outside it

Turn a repeated spreadsheet task into a process
Preview the selected data, check headers and required fields, and test the workflow before writing. Reuse the same connection and saved selections for each reporting period. A schedule, launch button or configured event can start the exchange when it is needed.
- Preview the selected sheet or range
- Apply common checks and transformations
- Run the same process for new files and periods

Your questions, answered.
How to connect your data, manage access and get started.
Can I use several sheets and many ranges?
Yes. Configure selections on the sheets you need. The current version does not impose a fixed limit on the number of configured ranges; data volumes still depend on available resources.
Will an Excel range expand automatically?
A saved Excel range name follows its current definition when the file is read again. Update and save that definition in Excel, or use a supported whole-column range. A fixed cell selection does not expand by itself.
Can the workflow write to Google Sheets?
Yes, with a configured connection and write access. Select the destination sheet and area, then map the workflow result to it.
