Select a file from connected storage or a local folder accessed through Agent. Configure the sheet, range, headers and number formats for that supplier’s agreed template.
Process price lists using the same rules each time: match product codes, calculate prices and prepare catalogue updates. Run the same workflow again when a new file arrives.
Suppliers send Excel and CSV files with different column names, units and currencies. A manager manually selects the relevant products and copies prices into a working database. The same steps repeat at the next update, and the reason behind an individual price change may be difficult to trace.

Map supplier codes to your product identifiers and units of measure. Separate new or unknown items so the responsible manager can review their mapping.
Perform agreed currency, markup and rounding calculations. Select the relevant assortment and check for missing, invalid or repeated values before preparing the update.
Inspect the result in a simulation and send prepared records to the target system. Review the run history, update keys and effective date of the data.
