Select approved data
Read the required Planning Analytics or UBC Analytics cube slice. Specify the version, period and entity so the workflow transfers the intended approved dataset.
After a plan is approved, send the figures to your accounting or other business system. Data Bridge checks that the data matches, transfers it through the configured connection and records the outcome.
The plan has been approved, but operational teams are still working with earlier figures. An analyst exports a workbook, an integrator changes its structure, and ERP users ask which version is current. Repeating the transfer without defined rules can create duplicates or leave some values unchanged.
FP&A teams, ERP owners and integration teams.Illustrative scenario: a company sends approved monthly sales targets from TM1 to Dynamics 365 or a defined JD Edwards orchestration. An operator chooses the approved version, reviews the prepared data and initiates the agreed transfer process.

Map products, departments and other dimensions to target-system identifiers. Shape the measures for the authorised API, OData endpoint or agreed file interface.
Run a simulation and inspect the volume and control totals. Resolve missing mappings and confirm how the same reporting period can be transferred again.
Write through the configured ERP interface. Review responses, run history and completion status, then reconcile the records accepted by the target when required.
